Get It Done Son Terms of Use
Effective: 6 September 2026 · Last updated: 6 September 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the Get It Done Son mobile application (the “App”) provided by GOBIAS LTD (“GOBIAS”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What the App provides
Get It Done Son is a personal productivity and reflection tool for organising life aspects, roles, goals, habits and vices and recording progress. Some features require a paid subscription. On iOS, optional Sign in with Apple accounts provide cloud synchronization. Android currently provides local-only App content without accounts or cloud sync.
The App does not provide medical, mental-health, financial or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your goals, decisions, conduct and use of reminders or insights.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. The App is not directed at children under 13. If the law where you live requires parental or guardian permission, you may use the App only with that permission.
3. Guest and account use
On iOS, guest progress is stored separately from account content. Creating or entering an account does not automatically import guest progress. Signing out returns you to the guest store. You are responsible for protecting your device and Apple account and for activity carried out through your access.
Cloud sync is a convenience and is not guaranteed to be immediate, uninterrupted or a complete backup. Conflicting edits, interrupted connections, service outages, storage errors and unsupported App versions may affect synchronization. Keep any separate records you cannot afford to lose.
4. Your content
You retain rights in content you create. You give GOBIAS LTD and its service providers a limited permission to host, copy, transmit and otherwise process account content only as reasonably needed to provide sync, restoration, security, support and other requested App functionality. You must have the right to enter the content and must not use the App for unlawful, abusive or rights-infringing material.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
The App may offer monthly and yearly automatically renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features. Available products, benefits, billing period and the price in your local currency are shown in the App and by the relevant store before you confirm a purchase. Prices and availability may vary by country and may change as permitted by store rules and applicable law. We do not promise a free trial unless the purchase screen expressly offers one.
Purchases made on an Apple device are processed through your Apple App Store account. Purchases made on Android are processed through your Google Play account. A subscription renews automatically for the displayed period unless you cancel it in the relevant store’s account settings before the renewal deadline shown or required by that store. The store may charge your account shortly before the new period begins.
You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple subscription settings and a Google Play subscription through Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the App, signing out or deleting an iOS App account does not cancel a subscription. Use the App’s “Restore Purchases” option to ask the relevant store and RevenueCat to restore an eligible entitlement. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the relevant store’s rules and applicable consumer law.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the App unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms another person;
- enter content you do not have the right to use;
- attempt to bypass subscriptions, authentication, security or usage controls;
- probe, overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the App or connected services;
- use automated means to scrape or extract App content or send excessive requests;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell or commercially exploit the App except where applicable law expressly permits; or
- misrepresent the App, its output or your relationship with GOBIAS LTD.
7. Intellectual property
The App, software, branding, interface, supplied content and underlying materials are owned by or licensed to GOBIAS LTD and are protected by intellectual-property law. Subject to these Terms and applicable store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes.
8. Apple licence terms
For downloads from Apple’s App Store, these Terms are between you and GOBIAS LTD, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Your licence is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a custom EULA is made applicable through the App Store. These Terms supplement that licence for GOBIAS LTD’s App and services. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable licence terms against you.
9. Google Play terms
For downloads from Google Play, your use is also subject to applicable Google Play terms. Google is not responsible for support for the App. Purchase, cancellation and refund arrangements are administered through Google Play except where applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Third-party services
The App relies on services supplied by Apple, Google Firebase, Google Play and RevenueCat. Their availability and some processing are outside our direct control and may be governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for an independent provider’s service except to the extent required by law.
11. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, limit or discontinue part of the App where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, provider changes, compatibility, product development or commercial reasons. We will aim to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical. An internet connection, compatible device, supported operating system or current App version may be required for some features.
12. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to account or connected features if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, create a security risk, or if required by law or a service provider. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue. Provisions intended to continue after termination, including intellectual property, liability and dispute provisions, will survive.
13. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to those protections, the App is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOBIAS LTD is not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms, loss caused by misuse of the App, loss resulting from failure to keep an independent copy of important information, or business loss because the App is supplied for personal use.
If defective digital content supplied by us damages a device or other digital content you own, and the damage was caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, you may have a right to repair or compensation under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes that right.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings available under the laws and courts of the part of the UK or other country where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or feature changes. We will publish the revised Terms at this URL with an updated date and provide additional notice where required. Changes do not affect rights already accrued or matters requiring your express agreement.
