Start with one manageable task and grow a peaceful home for Pip, your rabbit companion. ADHD Coach brings together a focus timer, quick distraction logging and a clear task list, helping you notice what works for you while your sessions build a world you can make your own.

Build Pip’s free Meadow through focus, collect plants and arrange your little sanctuary. Optional Premium adds Riverside and three Garden areas, with more plants, trees and room to personalise. Short sessions count too, and distractions never take away Pip’s progress.

Record what pulled your attention away using a quick label, then return immediately to the task without writing a journal entry or interrupting your flow.

Tasks and meaningful insights

Capture and order small tasks, track focused minutes and streaks, explore distraction patterns and review the details of individual sessions.

Grow Pip’s free Meadow

Build a cosy nest, greenery, a pond, a lantern and flowers. Grow five free plant varieties, unlock their colours and arrange them around Pip’s Meadow.

More room with Premium

Monthly or annual Premium unlocks Riverside with six building projects and three Garden areas: Main garden, Flower walk and Woodland garden. Grow seven extra plant varieties and open up to 45 garden spots. Garden space is finite.

Your data, your device

Tasks, sessions and habitat progress stay on your device, with no app account, advertising or usage analytics. Export and import a backup to move your saved data. Restoring a purchase restores Premium access; it does not restore your saved world. Apple or Google and RevenueCat process subscription information.
